PROLOGUE
"Lilystar!" 
A gray she-cat ran to the leaders den. "Badgers attacking the camp!" She screamed. 
"What! Badgers! Oh no." Lilystar mewed. She had a prophecy saying that her Clan would be destroyed by an evil force. 
"Are you okay?" The gray she-cat asked. 
"No, Moonspirit. I am not okay." Lilystar meowed. 
"I'm goin to help the queens." Moonspirit called out as she left the den. Running to the nursery, rain started pouring. Moonspirit felt a little better. "Thank you, StarClan." She whispered into the night air. A badger rammed into her. Moonspirit didn't see anything. Nothing but dark, black, nothingness.  

Chapter One
"She never meant to steal it, Moonkit." A white queen insisted. 
"But it was my flower!" The gray kit replied sadly. 
"Sorry Moonkit." Replied a white kit. 
"Berrykit leave me alone!" Moonkit growled. She didn't like her sister at the moment. 
"Can we play outside, Mimicflower?" Asked a tortoishell kit. 
"Of course Oakkit, if your sisters stop bickering." Mimicflower replied. 
"She stole my flower!" Moonkit repeated. 
"Now, now. My dear lets go outside." Another queen said, nudging Moonkit oustide. The black queen was expecting, her belly huge. 
Moonkit stumbled outside with her brother, Oakkit. "Now what?" She asked him. 
"Ask Lilykit to play with us. I know that she is a moon older, but please Moonkit." Oakkit begged.  
"Fine. Lilykit!" She called. A black kit ran out. She stopped, stiring up the dust. Now she looks like Silverpelt, thought Moonkit. 
"What do you need me for?" Lilykit asked. 
"Wanna play mossball?" Oakkit said stepping in front of Moonkit. 
"Sure."
Moonkit found some moss and rolled into a ball. "Here." She said tossing the mossball to Lilykit. Moonkit didn't want to play. She wanted to explore her camp. She has done it many times but also she wanted to see her father. 
Trotting to the leader's den, Moonkit waited by the entrance to see if her father was talking with his senior warriors. He wasn't, and thus she padded in. 
"Thornstar?" She asked. 
"Yes." He croaked. He lifted his head to see his daughter stare at him in his face. 
"Can I stay with you?" She asked. She sometimes took a nap with him when she got angry. 
"Of course." He replied. 
Moonkit padded to her father and curled next to him. She went to sleep. 
"Thornstar!" Flowerpetal called. She padded in. "Oh." She meowed. "Um. Beetlepelt wants you."
"Okay." He got up, shook his fur and padded outside. 
Moonkit woke up to see her father go. She felt better and she wasn't angry anymore. She pelted back to her denmates.
