Reality within a dream~

Rain falls gently against my cheek
blending with my tears as if they don't exist
I scream out my pain
and listen as it fades out over the horizon
My tears fall steadily now
Never ceases as my cries fall on deaf ears
I feel myself falling
From my pain and my life
The rain is my guide down the rive
to the end...
But then.
You reach out your hand and pull me to you
I hear your heart beating over the sound of the storm
My face frozen in shock
You just smile and hold me close
yet I never see your face
"I'm waiting, Come find me" He says into my hair
and with the feel of the rain I fade
To wake up to the sound of rain against my window
and a promise to meet him someday
