Um... so... I went to a graphic shop (NOT mine, I don't know how to make graphics) and the owner of the shop said she got  some of the images from Google. I ordered and they are now in my siggie. Should I get banned?  I don't see any copyright on them though.

I want to put a pic. on my siggie but I'm not sure if it's copyrighted. It was a flash game. But it says do not sell items or something like that on the foot of the cat. Can I use it? Oh and I made two for some friends. Does that mean selling the item?

What if the pic is copyrighted, but as long as I don't remove the credit and don't sell it, the person says I am allowed to use it??

On youtube, when they do Clubpenguin or other disney videos that arent by the company they say," This is not mine this is disney's I take no credit whatsoever and blah blah blah " can we do that? as long as its just a link and not the image?

If you the member see someone using one, point out to them this notice, linking if necessary, and that they need to select another picture. If they argue, THEN, and ONLY then, use the reports board to report it.

I bought a piece of art from someone on another site and used it as a picture for one of my characters here. What do I do if someone thinks I stole it because it says 'owned by Brilla' (Brilla is my name on the other site), thinks I'm arguing when I tell them that, and reports me?

Is it alright to use outside photos with a link back to the site and a notice saying the photos are not yours if you are just using them to represent what your charecter looks like?

i got a question what if someone sees your picture you drew and they edit it and earase the name of you and says its theres  then they say to you you stole my artwork and then you would get banned because all i do to put my picture on is i go to my profile click image gallery then i name it then i grap it from my desktop then i put it on thats how i give people images
