Waddling after his sister, the tom mewed with happiness. Jumping up and down with each few steps, the young cat giggled.

[Rasta]

Rasta was actually waddling too; but it felt like running. It was very adorable. The cub tried to hide behind her dad's front legs. She bunched up and waited to see if she could grab him as he passed by.

The young tom wondered if Rasta would continue to hide as he caught up with her. Coming up behind his sister, the tom swatted her tail softly.


"Gotter," he said in his little kit like voice, "Gotter."

[Rasta]

Rasta rounded on him and lunged forward, feeling her black-ringed tail slip free, but she already knew he had seen her before she'd meant him to! The wily little guy. She'd have to be cleverer!

[CLOSED ACCOUNT]

Seeing the she-cat bound towards him, the tom collapsed to the ground. He looked up at his sister with hopeful and playful eyes.

[Rasta]

Rasta turned around. She was smaller than him, but deft on her feet for her age. She toddled over to her collapsed brother and gave him a lick on the nose. She giggled.


"Aw'betta."

Laughing, the tom licked his sister on the nose softly. He smiled with that kit smile.

Looking at his father, he wondered whether or not he approved of what the kits were doing.

[Rasta]

Rasta purred and then turned to the world outside the nest. She waddled haltingly but eagerly towards it, poking around and sniffing as she went. She'd check some of this out.

Radhi looked forward and saw her sister Rasta and began to take wobbly steps towards her, shakily trying to touch her sisters tail with her paw.

A large she-cougar was approaching the camp area, and she was visibly pregnant. She held a weary but desperate look on her face. She was thinner than she should've been, but more for not stopping to hunt while fleeing the place she had left behind. She was never going back. Callamere was starting a new life...for now.


She had followed the tracks of cats she wasn't sure of, but she'd chance it. She stopped, and decided she would lay up here for now. She was going to give birth very soon, so she had to stop moving.

Ramla scrambled to her paws when she spotted a new cat. It kinda looked like her! Except without the spots! "Who are youu?" The little she-cat asked curiously.

Wade's ears pricked forward when he spotted another cougar and he padded forward, noticing she was pregnant with cubs.

Rasta was crouched in the bushes, watching the new stranger. She hadn't revealed herself yet.


Callamere noticed she had already attracted attention. Might as well make her introductions. "I'm Callamere. I'm sort of on my own and just looking for a place to have my cubs. I'm going to have them very soon. Do you know a good spot in the area?" She smelt many more cats around here, especially smallcats. Hm, they would make a good food source if they were as dumb as the ones out by those big clans.

Radhi stumbled forward, "Heeeey!" She said looking up at the bigger cat. "You, you, youuuuu!" She said pointing her paw at the cougar. "Are really big! I wana be dat big! Can I daddy?" She said looking back at her father.

"ME!" Rasta bounded out into the midst. "I'm going to be that big. I might even get bigger."

Cubs.


They were shrimpy, kind of funny-looking cubs but otherwise typical. Callamere guessed they were of a weak bloodline to still be so small, but they did seem energetic. "I take it these are yours?" She looked at Wade. Soon she was going to have her own bundles of joy...going by how the first litter had gone she figured it would be no more or less a hassle. Hopefully, though, they would be a better crop this time around.

"They're mine." Wade meowed, confirming her question with a small nod of his head. They did kind of look like their mother with the spots all over their bodies. "Mine were born right here." He meowed with a gesture to the surrounding area. "They're a couple moons now." He told her.


Ramla giggled at her siblings. "We'll be twice as big!" She meowed to them happily.
