Frostheart padded back from her small journey. "I have the marigold." she said putting it down in front of CloudKit. She nuzzled CloudKit feeling a bit motherly. "You were very brave and StarClan will reward you with health im sure." The petite Thunderclan warrior sat down and began licking her paws.

CloudPaw smiled at Frostheart and poked the marigold "So..Am i supposed to chew this?"

"Well you don't have to eat it. You could chew it or one of us could chew it, and then we put it on your gash as a poultice. It doesn't taste bad and it will prevent your wound from getting infected," Embershine told the young apprentice. Embershine silently thanked Starclan for giving her prior knowledge on herbs even though it turned out she was never destined to be a medicine cat.

Frostheart turned and scented the wind getting a slight whiff of mouse. "Be back in a minute." she said before padding off down the trail. Soon she came to a small grove of maple trees. She looked around and could still smell the mouse but couldnt see or hear it. So she kept padding down the trail.

Embershine's belly rumbled. She remembered that there had been some pigeons in the tree where she had slept. "I'm going to see if I can catch us some prey," Embershine told Cloudpaw and Robinfeather. She slowly crept up the tree and hid herself in some leaves on the lowest branch. She spotted a pigeon right above her. She bunched up her muscles and leaped to grab the pigeon. Embershine leaped down. "Do you guys want to try this one? I can catch more."

"Cloudpaw and u should eat that one. I want to hunt by myself. If u could stay with Cloudpaw. That would be great." Robinfeather knew she needed something to eat soon.

Frostheart soon saw the sky getting darker, and she couldnt smell the mouse. I wonder which way is back..she thought to herself. I must be lost..Soon she saw a big oak tree in front of her.Might as well sleep up here.She jumped onto the lowest branch and tried to sleep. Ill find my way back in the morning..

"Hey Frostheart. U can't sleep here." Robinfeather could bearly speak because she had two voles in between her teeth."Let's get back to the others."

Frostheart confused looked up. "Thank starclan you found me Robinfeather." she said jumping down from the tree. "Which way to camp?"

"This way." Robinfeather started off to the camp.

Embershine bit a piece off of the pigeon and devoured it. "You can have the rest Cloudpaw if you want. You need it more than I do." she told the apprentice and nudged the pigeon towards her.
