Honeysong didn't really want to leave the cat in their camp. "Let's go hunting then." She sugessted, crawling back into the bushes.

Fellmoon nodded, saying as a small smile grew on his face, "Thank you, I would be glad for the chance to show you what I can do."

Honeysong glanced back, looking at Fallmoon. She didn't still trust the cat, even if he wanted to join Thuderclan. "Let's go to Sunningrocks, nobody has hunted there is a while."

Fellmoon nods, knowing it will be some time before he is trusted, "Lead the way."

Honeysong raced through the bushes, using her nose to find the scent of the scent markers. She stopped. "Here we are."

Having followed close behind Fellmoon stepped softly next to her. Not waiting for her to tell him to start he closed his eyes to get a feel for the area he is in, his ears opening to any noise and his noise breathing in the smells nearby. Finally he opened his eyes and started searching around him meowing softly, "lets see what is here."

Hoenysong looked at him, but nodded and went off in the opposite direction. She sniffed around, carefully steeping around the leaves that were scattered around on the grass.

Losing himself to what he has been taught, he smelled a mouse not far off and smiling he moved himself close to the ground. Moving forward he made for a path to where the mouse was, avoiding anything what would give him away. His eyes moved to some brush as his nose guided him towards it and when he was close he pounced... his claws moving into the mouse's soft body.
Breaking it's neck he held it in his mouth as he looked around to see where Honeysong was.

She smirked. "Nice catch."

[Fellmoon]

"Thanks," Fellmoon said with a nod, "though to be honest using my teeth and claws is really all I know."

She smiled, and trotted off into the bushes to find her own catch.

Fellmoon watched as she did, studying her movements and even quietly following behind at a distance, wishing to see how a Thunderclan cat hunted.

She tasted the air for any prey in the area, and caught the scent of a vole. Smiling, she crouched down low and and listened for any rustling in the undergrowth. When she heard moving about a foot from her, she leaped and caught the vole with her paws, swiftly killing it with a bite to the neck.

"Very good," Fellmoon said with a nod before asking, "what sort of leader is the one you follow?"
