Klaya was huddled into a small ball, fear overflooding the rest of her senses.  "Mom.... Daddy..."  She murmured quietly as she was picked up by the scruff.  She had not seen her hero, but just allowed herself to be carried through the herd.

Jay glanced around anxiously, until he caught sight of the familiar pelt. He let a smile slip as he fled te herd.

Leopard nodded a greeting to Pongo. Pongo nodded back before padding by Storm and snarling at him. He was getting more like his dad, Freeze, every day.

OOC: Freeze, his dad, disliked cats. And also, let's say the thing with Flame and Leopard never happened.

Storm flinched and ran to the edge of the field, he curled up in the grass, completely hidden, and fell asleep.

Patch curled up under the porch, liking the warmth better.

Jay waited for the dog to come out of the flock with his niece.  "Klaya!"  He woofed, darting forward to the two.

Klaya was put down on the grass, still shivering with fright.  She rose to her paws and ran back over to Jay, tucking her muzzle into his fur.

The voice woofed, "Long time no see, eh?"

IC: Pongo walked in a circle around Storm, growling loudly. Flame smiled and looked at Patch, "Don't mind him, he's been Mr. Grumpyface ever since that cougar attacked me." Flame mewed. "Cougar?" Leopard said. "I'll tell you the story later." Flame said.

Jay laughed.  "Yeah right.  You've only been gone for a few days now.  How's it been?"  He asked the familiar blonde.

"Pretty good -well- not really.  I decided to just live in the city, 'cause I can't find my way back home.  And now Brady can't help me...."  Fifa sighed, her ears drooped.  "But I can't stay here either.  Especially not after-nevermind."

"What do you mean he can't help you?"  Klaya mumbled through a mouthful of fur.

OOC: Then must Flame tell you the story?

IC: Flame lead Leopard to the pond, which was in a shadowy place, far from where the other dogs were. "Ok, in my days at The Dog Farm, I found two dead bodies. 1, a 1-year old Border Collie named Plushie, and two, A Collie named Carl." he said. "Wow." Leopard said. "Intrested, I went to see if a fox or badger or wolf or wild dog had killed them. But when I wandered too far, I came face-to-face with the meanest, powerfulest, scariest, and most deadliest creature you'd ever meet!" Flame said, slashing a tree. "What?" Leopard asked. "A cougar!" he yowled. "A c-c-c-c-ougar??!" Leopard whimpered. "Don't worry, it won't come near you." Flame smiled.

"He's got a mate here already."  Fifa frowned.  But his family is with me!  She thought silently.  "I would never be able to ask him to leave Mary.  But I must be going now."

Jay dipped his head.  "There are plenty of fish in the sea.  You will find another he-dog. Now what do you say, Klaya?"

"Thank you miss for helping me!"  She woofed, trotting over to touch noses with the female.

"Leave me alone," Storm whimpered.

Fifa accepted the gesture.  "I hope to see you all soon.  Oh, and pretend I was never here."  She barked before darting down the side of the field.

Jay's tail wagged as he looked downa t Klaya.  "Got any bruises, kid?"

Klaya enthusiastically shook her head.

Pongo just growled in her face again. "Get away, Mr. Grumpyface!" Flame hissed at Pongo, making him walk away. Flame then moved on with his story. "I tried to escape, but it grabbed me, slashing my eye. I yowled. It then sliced my jaw, making me cry in pain. It then ripped my tailtip off. I escaped here, and got to the gate intime before it could get me." Flame meowed. "Woah." Leopard barked.
