••Breaking point••

[MockingjayRebellion]

Background:
Lilly and Blazepelt walked along a rot iron fence, slinking quietly along in the cold night. Now, Blazepelt here, he is an outcast. Thrown out of the clan cat life and into solitude, well, atleast till Lilly jumps in. Lilly was just a normal city cat trying to get away from family, one crazy though led to another, taking her farther and farther away from the city and over mountains, through woods until finally, she somehow managed to get cornered by a fox family. Lucky Blazepelt her her cries or she'd be crowfood by now. And now, in a small , cold little town, they stop in the chilly night for a bit of hunting.
Present:
Lilly shivered as she and Blaze split up to look for a bit to eat. She couldn't even remember the last time she'd eaten besides bitter plants, but oh... Beggars can't be choosers. She thought bitterly as she swung behind a mossy oak tree. Familiar scents drifted from the town, blaze wanted to try the "cute abandoned kittypet" routine but she made sure that they stayed far from the humans, and cats too. Being so close to the town reminded her of her old home. She hated it. She shook her head to concentrate on the hunt. She had to feed blaze more then herself, no matter how loud her belly growled. The whole journey blaze made sure she had atleast enough food to fight off starvation but never looked at himself. Every time she glanced at him , she could see almost every bone in his body. He said he used to be a warrior, but if warriors were that hungry they'd drop like flies. He was more than a warrior- suddenly she heard rustling in a bush and stopped to crouch. She sniffed the air ... Rabbit! She thought exidedly. That would be enough to feed the both of them for a week! Quicklyand silently she crawled to find the source of the noise and scent and then she saw the little white tail, careful not to drag her tail on the leaves she stepped lightly toward the rabbit and then pounced killing it swiftly. Panting she looked at her kill smiling, she couldn't remember the last time she smiled. With a hint of a squeal she called to blaze, " Blaze! Come quick!!!".

Dreamsoul was a ThunderClan cat. She was wandering out somewhere not knowing where she was going. She felt StarClan cats cheering her on. Why? To go nowhere? That's nothing to cheer for. Dreamsoul immeadieatly stopped when she scented the fresh scent of a cat and a freshly killed rabbit. She then heard talking of cats but couldn't make it out. She walked slowly through the plants and said in a soothing voice, "Hi, my name is Dreamsoul, do you know where we are? Trust me, if you try to attack I'll run. I absolutely hate fights." She then looked up at the sky for some reason. She felt as if the StarClan cats weren't cheering her on for going nowhere, but to hunt with them. She shook the thought away and glared at the two new cats.

Lilly heard an unfamiliar voice as she was happily showing blaze the rabbit. She turned to see a strong she-cat and opened her mouth to greet her but Blaze beat her to it.
"Oh, Hello!" Blazepelt said cheerfully dipping his head. Then relizing what she asked he looked around. " Huh. I actually don't know where we are.... A small twoleg place. We're just passing through.." he replied shrugging. " oh and I'm Blazepelt and this is Lilly..but you can call me blaze. And you are?"

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

"Dreamsoul, I don't know where I'm going. Just somewhere," Dreamsoul said wairly. She noticed the rabbit and added, " Is it hard hunting here? I haven't eaten in days. I won't bother you and take all the prey you've caught." She sniffed the air. She could smell the Twolegs in their nests.  She flicked her tail in dissapointment when she didn't smell any prey. It must've been hard for these cats to hunt also.

" Oh it's ok, you can share ours if you like! There's plenty to go around." Blaze gave a quick look to Lilly, " yeah, preys not been easy for awhile, and it IS a pretty good size rabbit." Lilly said looking to the new-comer, a soft look in her eyes.

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

"Thank you, Blaze and Lilly, may StarClan light your path," Dreamsoul bowed her head respectfully and took a bite of rabbit. How she longed the prey in ThunderClan but that was too far from here. She sat down and washed herself while she waited for the other two to finish what they wanted to eat so she could pick off the leftovers.

Blaze and Lilly ate as much as they could. When Blaze was done he curled up for a nap, while Lilly washed her, now black and rough, paws. " So where are you from?" Lilly said to dream after she finished, and Blaze was snoring happily away.

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

"I am from ThunderClan," she replied sleepily, "I was hunting and suddenly my paws led me here." She collapsed on the groud and closed her eyes. She was relieved that she didn't have to use her paws once in days. She purred. "Dreamsoul is from ThunderClan," she repeated.

"Blaze was in a clan once," Lilly replied, " But he never mentioned what it was called... He doesn't like to talk about it." she said quietly over his snoring. "I'm from a city, terrible places... I woudnt recommend them."

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

"Shall we find out what clan he is from?" Dreamsoul asked with a hint of mischief in her voice. "I might be able to reconigze his clan's smell."

She followed her stare, "Ok!"

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

Dreamsoul padded slowly over to the lump of snoring fur. She sniffed Blaze but she was careful not to touch his pelt incase he woke up. There was a faint scent but she couldn't identify his scent.  But somehow the scent seemed so familiar... "I can't remember the exact smell but it seems so familiar. Do you know exactly where you met him?" Maybe Dreamsoul could identify WHERE he had come from instead of what smell he had right here and now.

"I was cornered by a group of foxes.." she said quietly, remembering. "And he just showed up and helped fight them off."

[Dreamsoul is Gone]

"Hmmmmmm....." Dreamsoul thought. "Were you in a.... swamp? Next to a river? Near a Twoleg place? In a field of heathers? An evergreen forest?" She asked all at once getting excited. If she found Blaze in a swamp he could be ShadowClan, If he was next to a river he could be RiverClan, If he was near a Twoleg place he could be ThunderClan, If he was in a field of heathers he could be WindClan, or if he was in an evergreen forest he gould be.... what clan could he be in. Dreamsoul remembered being in an evergreen forest once but she was less than a moon old then. She didn't know what clan lurked in the dark, evergreen forest.

She thought for a moment trying to remember,"Well I was cornered by a mountainous pile of rocks..I think there was the sound of a waterfall in the distance..But he was an outcast long before he found me, so I'm not sure if it was his clans territory." she finished.
