"well I left that pack and started this one to try and forget about my past but..i couldn't..and I didn't want you to be hurt by that bear your paw and well...I don't want this pack hurt.." she looked at him

"I'm so sorry. I never knew. I should have listened to you when you told me to stay away from the bear," Twilight said, sadness filling his eyes.

She looked up at him her eyes gazing into his "why are you sad? It's ok, you didn't know.." she watched him waiting for an answer

"That doesn't matter. I should have listened anyway. You're the alpha and I need to listen to what you say," Twilight said gazing into her eyes, Wow, this wolf that I thought was annoying and ignorant I actually think that I might like her, he thought.

Sadie laughed "who listens to the alpha anymore?" she asked teasingly "in ever listened to mine! Even if he was my dad!" she smiled gazing into his eyes then felt her face get warm and she looked at her paws "so..uh are you liking it here? In this pack?"

"Oh yeah, its great," Twilight replied, seeing her blush.

She smiled at him "good...I'm glad you like it here..if you need anything just tell me..." looked at him I think I might possibly be good friends with him...maybe a little more she thought and winced "ack! I can't wait to have these pups...I just wish they would have a father...or something close to a father" she sighed and looked from him to the entrance of the den which was showing it was getting late

"Well, I better get going. It's getting late," Twilight said, walking out of the den.

She nodded and followed him out the padded to Amaras den "Amara? Can I get something? My stomach hurts!" she called into the den and sat outside wincing as he pups moved again

"Hmmm," Amara said, going to her herb storage. She picked out a leaf wrap that had watermint and she brought them back, "Eat these," she said.

She nodded and quickly ate the leaves " so...Im surprised to say I told Twilight about my past..." she laughed "he surprised me by wanting to know about my past and the father of the pups..."

Amara laughed, "That's something you'll see once in a blue moon."

Sadie laughed "I'm just as surprised...it made me think he cared or seemed in the tiniest bit interested in me and the pups...I'm really just sad that they won't have a father for the male pups...but I don't expect any male to like a female with pups on the way." she sighed...she looked at Amara "I'm sorry I'm a blabbering about problems...I guess it just feels good to talk to people" she chuckled at herself and hid a wince "ugh why do pups have to hurt!?" she barked

Amara chuckled, "It's nature. The more they hurt the stronger they are," she said.

"then these are some freakishly strong pups..." she chuckled "you know Amara you're the only wolf I consider a friend...others would most likely leave if they were offered a better choice.." she smiled slightly at Amara "am I friend to you?" she asked watching for a sign of hesitation
