Feathertail waved her tail to awknowledge that she heard her. She set her food down and started to groom her ruffled pelt.

IC:Ivystar felt her work was done and padded into her den, while Leafpool went over to get her apprentice. "Come on, Siennapaw," she mewed cheerfully. "Let's collect herbs!"

"Sure" She mewed before trotting towards the forest with a loping grace.

Leafpool led her apprentice out of camp.

"What herbs today?" She asked casually

"We need marigold and celandine. Also, if you can find some, horsetail, catmint, and catnip would all be nice, too," decided the medicine cat. She led her apprentice to where marigold and celandine grew.

Ivystar sighed. It would be dusk soon. Very soon. She hoped Leafpool and Siennapaw didn't stay out to long, they'd have to go without the medicine cats.

Sugardash noticed the medicine cat. "Do you need help?" she called. "I know where catmint, catnip, and horsetail is!" called the warrior.

"The extra help would be nice, go ahead," Leafpool purred.

Ivystar glanced, worried, at the sky. Dusk approached. She'd decided that Sugardash and Greenstrike were going to the Gathering too, now four cats were going to miss it if they didn't hurry up!

Rainpaw exited the Apprentices' den, yawning loudly. She crept quietly towards her mentor, Sugardash. She sat there and merely listened to the other cats talking.

Sugardash talked to Leafpool. "I think Rainpaw should start learning battle moves," mewed the sugar-white warrior.

Rainpaw looked hungrily at a large vole on top of a magpie. She thought it would be a great idea to bring the vole to the queens and kits, and then have the magpie for herself. But she didn't - how could she, without hunting or training first? Besides, everyone's probably finished eating by now. She decided to remain sitting.
