Luminescence padded down the side of the street wearily. Her smokey blue fur was gloomy in the dreary, clouded daylight. She sniffed the air for the presence of other cats. Today was the start of a whole new beginning. But first she needed others. Kittypets, loners, exiles, rogues- any cat at all.

rang a black tom looked off of the garbage can hissing at a gray tom before the cat ran off
"nya~chicken "a small bright burning ginger she cat spoke as she pushed her kittypet friend out of the window  and the cat died "nya~HA hello rang"she purred walking out to the black cat

Bloody, a black she cat with dark red eyes, looked at Rang. "Our group is so small."

Luminescence jumped up onto a fence and looked down at them. "That could change," she meowed softly, although a darkness crept into her voice.

"who are you?!"rang hissed
"she pretty must we attak

Bloody smiled, "I know."

"ive all ready killed my target"she meowed proudly
"fine but something is up,what do you have to offer stranger?"he meowed

Luminescence regarded Bloody with a small grin and a nod. She layed down on the fence. "I'm Luminescence. You are all very much like me- and I'm sure all of you would want a place where you felt like you belonged," she meowed.

"good i wanna tell my name?im flame but many cats call me fire thats ran and this is bloody"she meowed

Luminescence nodded. "Nice to meet you," she meowed softly. Her gaze swept over the others. "All of you."

Khona snarled and leaped at the she-cat, snapping her neck. She turned to her apprentice, Larni, "Hey Larni, what number was that?" she asked, stepping of the dead cats body.

Larni counted in her head with a smile, "eight for the quarter moon, can you teach me how to do that?" she asked.

Khona nodded, then turned to a scent of Luminscence, Fire, and Bloody. "More cats, come on Larnes." she meowed, running with the young cat into the clearing of the other cats. Her eyes darted from one cat to another, reading their eyes.

Larni stood behind Khona, gulping.

"who are ya?!"fire questioned oddly as her voice was squiky

Khona raised an eyebrow in annoyance, she wasn't amused. "You must be dumb, Im known pretty well around here, my name is Khona the killer; then again, call me Khona, your name is? Or, you can just stay Dumb." she meowed quickly, sheathing her sharp reinforced claws.


Larni gulped again and opened her mouth to speak, then closed it, but managed to open it again, "Im Larni." she replied curtly, nodding once.
