ic: Kai lay down on the bed in his cell, his hand cuffed together.  He stared at the ceiling, bored to his core. A small breeze flew through the tiny hole they called a window. His stomach growled.
The food here is crap here, he thought... He saw a shard of metal on the ground, and picked it up.

Katherine yelled and tried to fight the gaurds off as they pushed her into a cell "Get your filthy hands off me."She hissed, slapping their hands away from her, she straightened her purple dress and hair then narrowed her eyes as the gaurds left her.

Kai heard the shouting in the cell next door, and breifly turned his head, holding the shard of metal.  HE turned back to to metal and sat up in his bed. He carved words into the wall.

WHY TO I HAVE TO BE HERE? I JUST WANT TO SCREAM. I FEEL SUFFOCATED.

 
He sighed, dropping the metal.

Katherine smirked slightly, she unclipped her necklace and looked up at the bars on her window overhead "I think I can get up there..."She mumbled.

He looked up at the bars on his bed. He sat up, an idea forming in his head.
Maybe I can have some fun in here... he thought.
He grasped the poles tightly, and pulled. His muscles bulged as the bars wrenched free. He grinned and wedged the pole between the bars on his window, and secured them tightly. He pulled down on them, the poles holding his weight. He laughed out loud, for the first time in months.
Kai held the poles and practiced pull-ups, his muscles bulging.

Katherine looked over her shoulder hearing the laughter, turning back she noticed that a couple stones stuck out of the wall, using them as her ladder steps she wrapped her necklace around a bar and used them as her harness.

Kai continued training, thining he could maybe create some gymnastists stuff in here. He was an amazing gymnast, and very strong.

Katherine took out her nail file and began to file away at the bars, she kicked one loose using her foot, she grinned as they fall away easily "Free.."She whispered to herself, suddenly her necklace broke and sent her beads rolling on the ground."Damn it!"She yelled.

Kai looked up quickly. He dropped down from his make-shift gym and looked up, seeing a pole on his floor.
