Silversoul padded towards the stepping stones, wrinkling her nose against the wreaking RiverClan scent and borderline. "Uck, those disgusting fish-faces." She muttered under her breath, and knelt down beside the water, placing her paws so that when the time came, she could easily flash them out and hook a fish.

Conner was watching Silversoul intently, his dark gray tail twitching.

She spotted a rather large looking fish, and instantly flashed out her paw, flipping it onto its back on the shore. "Aha!" She mewed eagerly, and dipped her head, sending it a quick, easy, and non-messy death, leaving barely any more wounds to it. "New-leaf is here..." She murmured excitedly, closing her eyes as a patch of sunlight suddenly became available where she sat, and the sun shone down brightly, warming her. "I forgot what it feels like to be warm...."

Otterfang saw the she cat. "Did you just hunt on riverclan territory?"he asked harshly.

Conner's eyes glinted as sunlight reached the tree he was hiding in.

She flicked her ears and tasted the air, an unfamiliar scent bathing her tongue. "Hello?" She mewed, narrowing her eyes, and flicking her tail. "Who's there?"

''Conner.'' he said, climbing lower in the tree.

[Tilkana]

"Conner?" She asked quizzically, not trusting this cat. "You don't smell or sound like a Clan cat." She stated, and tasted the air once more while saying it.

''Nope. The loner life is the life for me.'' he said, hopping to a lower branch of the tree.

She stared at him quizzically, then turned her head to the RiverClan cat. "This is ThunderClan territory." She spat, un-sheathing her claws as a warning. And then flicking her ears to Conner. "Have you been into Clan life before?" She asked, while wrinkling her nose.

''I was a kit in Thunderclan.'' he said calmly.
