Dermot(Jenti) Mood: Surprised and Determined Place: The forest

Hearing Sabra's voice his ears twitched in her direction, his eyes slightly widening as the mere Gadje picked up his scent so far, but wanting to get Ally home as soon as possible while he still had the strength completely ignored the request. Moving forward in a trembling but determined state his yellow eyes hardened and the tear stains still clearly visible. Keeping Ally firmly on his back he began to reach camp even more. His ears were pinned back as his fluffy coat kept the dead body warm although it chilled him in a way he was not used to. "Moving forward.. move." he murmured to himself as the fear of Ally never coming back still stung at his heart. Pushing those thoughts away as he willed himself to believe she would come back.

Lea smiled, "I'm Lea," he said. He felt comforted around this other wolf.
Skarr watched the scene and smiled. "Welcome back..." he said. then he left.

Nodding and smiling gently up at him didn't say anything but as her blue eyes searched his she couldn't quite bring herself to lick his cheek, the memory of Xeno still fresh. Sighing a little bit Ajule rested her big square ebony head on her paws, but this time scooted herself closer so when she did rest her head it was underneath the alphas massive chest. Her cool body a contrast to his warm fur. Not use to this, a small smile crossed her maw, and she buried herself deeper in his fur. Her fluffy black tail slightly thudding on the ground as the warmth was a relief.

Lea felt her cool fur press against his. He let a smile cross his lips and began to lick Ajule's head, grooming her cold fur.

Feeling the warm tongue of the alpha a shock went through her once again. Breathing steadily though; she began to enjoy it. Closing her blue eyes as her tail thumped a little harder as her ears pinned in enjoyment. When Lea got to a spot behind her ear Ajule began to giggle. Her eyes snapping open in surprise as she tried to hold in but couldn't help but laugh. He found her ticklish spot.

Lea smiled as he found Ajule's ticklish spot. He licked it some more, enjoying he sound of her giggles.

Gasping for air as Ajule continued to laugh "please!" she whimpered never knowing sucha  thing could do this to her. Feeling helpless as he continued to lick her ear, laughing as he did so but her eyes were wide. Rolling on her back underneath his head she looked up at him as her lighter coat of ebony fur showed. Smiling at him as Xeno was forgotten for the moment pulled her head up just high enough so she could give one small lick on his jaw. Laying back down on his paws, her blue eyes looked expectantly at him.

"Do you think...That my pack will still accept me if I go back with you?" Lea asked, a lonely sort of expression coming over his face, "If you leave me...I'll feel so alone," he looked into the distance, "but...it's my home...I'll feel so torn if I had to leave you or my pack," he said.

The eyebrows on her fur began to pull together as the Lea exposed his feelings and confused state of being. Looking up at him with earnest eyes as she began to pull apart her eye brows said in a truthful voice "In all honesty they still have to accept you. You are their alpha. Seeing the true you though... That isn't a sufficient answer. So.." she said taking a breath as she perked her ears "At first they won't approve.. but eventually I will grow on them.. and then they will approve." she said with a small smile. "I wouldn't make you choose." Realizing her own feelings, she would know she would feel just as torn and more hurt. As the pain of Xeno slowly receded into the buckets of her being she focused on the present. Then smiling brighter at what he was actually saying she said "I would be happy to go back with you, to BE WITH you." in a strong and affectionate voice. Her blue eyes glimmering as she removed herself from under him but still laying managed to maneuver next to him and began to lick him in every place she could see. Her tail thumping the ground as she thought I might just find my home now.

Lea gave her a warm smile and said, "Your right." he looked into the distance again, "Ajule, would you like to be...the alpha female of my pack?"

Ajule taken by surprise of the sudden question but it quickly turned into such a bright happiness that she hadn't felt since she got River as a pup. Nodding with enthusiasm she said "Yes!" In a deep but happy bark as her tail thudded so hard it made a noise. Continuing to lick him at random her blue eyes were ecstatic. But deep down and in the back of her mind she wondered if she could ever see River. Clearing her throat as she tried to get a grip of herself/ Finally slowed down she began to ponder over River. Deciding to ask "Would I ever be able to see River?" In a soft voice as her eyes grew serious but almost pleading, not quite. Trying to catch his distant gaze.

Ajule's eyes furrowed as she wondered what would his dream have to do about River. Looking up at him with confused blue eyes, she realized as she stared at him how this question would lead to her answer "No." she barked softly, she knew that this no meant several things, no to River and no, to not understanding his dream, as her blue eyes showed her heart break just a smidge more. "What dream?" she asked hardening her voice so she wouldn't have to feel the pain. Turning her cold gaze to her own paws. Clearing her throat she said "Continue." Not exactly in warm tone anymore. River was her world.. what brought her happiness once more, now that was being taken away in the price of a loving mate and a new pack.. but was it worth it? As she thought she listened to Lea But would seeing your already grown up pup be worth watching this wolf fall to crumbles with his pack and start more of a war with the Jenti. Knowing the true answer as much as she wanted to deny it. Her ears flattened but still awaiting the response.

Lea looked surprised, "Skarr didn't tell you? He didn't tell you that I've dreamed of peace between the packs before?" Lea continued to talk, "Well, i've never truly gave up. I made a promise to keep the dream alive. Unfortunately, I've broken the promise to try and keep it." Lea bowed his head, looking sad,"If I were to accomplish it, then i would need to get to the top. But in order to get there, i have to break it." he looked at Ajule, "Maybe, some day, the two packs could live in harmony...And then..."

Nodding in understanding but that was all she had at that moment "I understand." she said gently still looking at her paws "No River until then." Staring hard at her paws trying not to cry again she shook out her fur rising to her four paws. Her blue eyes switching from hard to pain filled as she tried to figure which made a better impression. Giving up she just stayed neutral, not hard but not pain filled. Empty. Knowing she would be happy later but right she felt empty "Come on." she said flicking her tail towards camp.
