Clayton's jaw shook and she ran away into the woods.

Shade bolted after her easily catching up with her long legs and asked "whats wrong?" her tone was truthful as if she hadn't just killed an up walker.

Clayton sped off farther into the woods. The beagle was shocked.

Shade put a leg in front of clayton and asked again "whats wrong?" she had a questioning look and was ready to stop clayton again if she didn't get an answer.

Clayton whimpered and darted to the side.

Shade blocked again waiting for an answer.

Clayton winced and jumped over Shade, using most of her strength. She bolted away.

Shade sighed and caught up again and pinned clayton and said "whats wrong?" in a irritated questioning tone.

Elliot heard the up-walker get up with a large gash on his neck. He decided to bite his hand.
"Nice doggy", the up-walker said, trying to fool Elliot. Elliot wasn't fooled, but he saw his rifle pointed at his head. Elliot growled and bit his hand. "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH", screamed the up-walker. The up-walker ran off back to the goat farm. Elliot walked over to Clayton and Shade. "What's going on here, Shade?", Elliot said.

[Koronos]

Clayton shook heavily and whimpered.

"Well, what is it? What started this fight?", Elliot said. Just then a very young gray fox about a half moon old washed up in the creek, not dead, taking Elliot's attention away from the conversation.

Clayton began to growl and snarl at Shade. "Let me go!"

"Not until you tell me what happened" Shade had lost her temper and her voice was a smooth growl.

Clayton's jaws quivered.

Shade pressed harder "what is it?" she said as her lips curled back to show naturally sharp and long teeth.
