Iris swung her bag over her shoulder and she climbed aboard the train. She wondered which house the Sorting Hat would put her in - she had heard about the Sorting Hat from her parents and from her older brother, Matt. He was in Gryffindor so she was most likely to be in that house too, but you never know! For all she knew she could be put in Slytherin...she shivered. She hoped she wasn't, from what she'd heard about it.
Her parents had already bought her a pet - her black cat Albus lay in her bag, fast asleep. She took him out carefully and laid him down on her lap - he didn't twitch in his sleep like the family cat, Pebbles, did.

Liliana picked up her very heavy back with one hand and got on the train and sat next to Iris.

"Hi," Iris greeted Liliana.

Brian levitated his trunk with his wand and he sat next to the two girls and set his truck in front of himself.

Tess poked her head in the space. "Mind if I sit in here?" She asked

"No," Iris said, stroking Albus.

"Thanks." She said sitting down. She put her bag under her feet and a SoCozie Deluxe pet carrier on her lap. She undid the window on the side and peeked in, then closed it.

"What have you got in there?" Iris asked Tess, indicating her pet carrier.

[Seafoam&Muddypaw]

Tess smiled. "Same thing you've got." She said, nodding to Albus. "Except she's way smaller and more of a cream color."

[Apocalyptic Muffin]

"Whats her name?" Iris asked. "Mines called Albus - after my uncle and after Albus Dumbledore."

[Seafoam&Muddypaw]

"Albus is a cool name." She said. "Mine's name is Sugar."

"Sugar," Iris smiled. "Original but awesome."

{Thanx. I supposed you've figured out that my siggy is sugar?}

"And so is Albus." She replied. "Great name, but you wont find it on any other cat's collar." She smiled. "Wanna see Sugar?"

"Haha! Okay," Iris stopped stroking Albus for a moment to see Sugar.

She unzipped the front of the carrier. Reaching inside, She pulled out a small, Creamy yellow bundle. She cradled her in her hands a moment and then set her down on her lap.
