Sgt. Horvath sat in the Blackhawk on the minigun, waiting for orders, the year was 2017. War has changed. Life has changed. He heard a rocket launcher fire. "Get down!"

Emily Caine, a gunner who had a mind of her own, turned to look at him. "What?!"

He turned on the minigun, the barrels began to spin "We got hostiles on the ground!"

"How far are we above them?" She asked, scrambling over some gear to get to his side

"About 20 meters" he said shooting the minigun

Emily nodded and pulled a grenade off her belt. She pulled the pin and threw it down at them

He kept shooting the minigun

She chucked another grenade. "We're outnumbered."

"Yeah, and this minigun has only 261 rounds left" he said cooling the minigun

"So either way we're dead." She said and chucked another grenade

"If we can get this helicopter to stay up we can stay alive" he said spinning the minigun

"How much fuel is left?" She asked, tossing her last grenade

"I dont know" The minigun shot again

She sighed. "I'm weaponless."

The minigun stopped "Out of ammo" the barrels were cherry red and smoke was coming out.
