Whitestripe cast a flirty look at her and opened his mouth to say something when a little kit darted out from behind a rock and jumped on Reikosteps back. "Intruder!!!!" the kit yowled and started clawing the she cats back, thinking it was hurting Reikostep, but really it only felt like, well, a tiny kit trying to claw you.
"Coalkit!! Stop that right now!!" Whitestorm scolded the little black kit, making him stop what he was doing, and stare at his father. "DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Coalkit yowled and launched himself onto Whitestripe, landing on his head. "Sorry about that." he meowed to Reikostep.

[Tawny.]

Reikostep twitched a torn ear in amusement. "That's ok, your kit is very cute," she giggled, feelIng encouraged that even though this kit lost his mother, he was so optimistic and cheerful.

"Thanks, 'cause I got four more!!" he meowed, and three other kits, a light brown she kit with white spots and big warm chocolatey brown eyes, a fluffy light gray she kit with one half white paw and pretty blue eyes, and a firey orange tom with a white tail tip and white paws and blue eyes like his sister, padded out from behind a rock. "These are Fawnkit, Featherkit, and Blazingkit." he meowed. "Wait. Wheres your sister?" he asked anxiously, and a fourth kit stepped from behind the rock, a little persian she kit with bright blue eyes, brighter than her brothers and her sisters. She was smaller than her brothers and sisters because she was the runt. "There you are." he meowed. "She doesn't have a name yet. Her mother wanted to name them, but she died before she could name this one, and I've tried naming her, but I can't think of anything." Whitestripe whispered.

[Tawny.]

Reikostep step widened her ice blue eyes. A Persian kit! It was very cute. "How about...Asterikit?" she suggested to Whitestripe. Reikostep liked unusual names since hers was pretty different.

Whitestripe purred. "Hello!!!! I'm still stuck up here!!!!" Coalkit mewed. "Oh yeah. Sorry." Whitestripe meowed and let his son off his head.

Reikostep stifled a mrreow of laughter.

Whitestripe scowled playfully at Reikostep. "I heard that!" he meowed.

She raised an amused eyebrow. "Your kits are so funny! They get their humor from you, I think. It's a fine litter," Reikostep purred delightfully. The Persian saw little Asterikit all alone, clearly too shy to play with her siblings. Reikostep padded up to the kit and began to play with her.

Astrikit looked up at Reikostep and smiled. FinallY! Someone wants to play with me. she thought to herself. Her sibilings never played her games. She always wanted to play some adventure game, they just wanted to play fight.

She smiled at Astrikit. "What would you like to play?"

"Yeah!! I know this awesome one!!! We have to go on an adventure to a lost clan camp and get a rare herb for a sick cat!!" Astrikit meowed, pointing towards her father, who was now on the ground say exaggeratedly "OHHHH!!!!! I"m soooo sick!!!"

Reikostep flicked her tail. "Then we must hurry! Let's go!"

"Lets gooooo!!!!!!" Astrikit mewed and ran off towards the river, stopping in front of the river.
