Jason looked at her. ~shoot what do I say?~ he thought. "Well, I take the late night classes," he lied smoothly.

"Cool," she replied looking up and raising an eyebrow. "You live near here then?"

"Yeah around here, how abut you?" Jason asked trying to think of another excuse.

"Yeah, about seven minutes from here," she nodded.

"Nice so your close." he said lightly

She smiled breifly then shrugged again. "Are you sure you dont want to order anything?"

"Yah I am sure thanks though." He said nicely and looked over at a girl who was staring at him, she looked away instantly.

Nyx followed his gaze curiously, then rolled her eyes, stamping something into a book on the counter, then selling another cake before looking at the clock.

Jason looked back at her, "What?" he asked knowing that someone else was looking at him.

Nyx shrugged, then pointed at the clock, "End of shift." she explained wondering if he meant the other girl who was obviously interested in him.

"hm so what will you do now?" he asked ignoring the people around him.

She thought for a moment then shook her head, "I don't know, I usually just do things as they come along."

Jason nodded and thought for a minute. ~what should he do?~ "Are you hungry?" he asked her

"A little," she admitted, "Why?"

Jason looked at her. "I will get you something." he said
