Escaped the past, Running from the future(wolves)

Two demon wolves, banished from their pack for their ugliness, sat under a stone. The purple one was a female named Aerix and the blue one was a male named Malick. They were indeed demons, but they didnt have demon powers, no one did. They were told that there were more like them, so they were out searching for others.

This is Aerix, Malick looks just like her except he is blu instead of purple. NO ONE ELSE CAN LOOK LIKE THEM!! FIND YOUR OWN DEMON, PLEASE! AND NO POWERS!! CAN HAVE WINGS AND HORNS, JUST NO POWERS!!

A black wolf with red tips snarled at the two. He came out of a nearby den and muttered to himself. He stared at the wolves, fangs bared. He walked closer to them. His fur shone in the sun, and his height was incredible. He was 2x taller than the average wolf. "Might I ask who you are?" He looked them straight in the eye, as if demanding an answer.

Aerix glared at him and hissed. Her fangs were small, but the just meant she had more. She never talked, not even to her brother Malick.

Malick hissed aswell, but it wasnt very convincing. "Im Malick and this is my sister Aerix. Who are you?"

The wolf chuckled, eying the two. "Taliluno. Luno for short." He jumped from his ledge, landing smoothly next to Aerix. "A quiet one, no?" He grinned, his fangs sparkling in the sunlight.

She glared at him, wanting to bite his stupid face off. Aerix flicked her tail in announce and nodded.

"Yes, she is quiet. But Im not and I can tell by the the look on her face that she wants to kill you. Maybe..."

Taliluno shrugged. "Sometimes that happens with the mute ones...or just the naturally quiet. Does she ever talk?" He flicked his large ear in annoyance, and confusion. Why were these wolves so...opposite? One blurts, sometimes, the other is silent! He grunted at the thought. "Siblings? Mates? Cousins? Travel pals?"

She sat down and wrapped her tail around her paws. Quietly she whispered, "I talk. And we are siblings".

He stared at her, those were the first words she had said since they had left.

Luno blinked, surprised by the sibling's response to Aerix. "Erm, okay then." He shook his shaggy fur from the dust it collected, then sat back down. "Well, now we know, or, now I know that you can talk." He chuckled, his fangs gleaming in the sun.

Oh how I want to just bite his smug grin off and spit it out!

Malick sat down aswell, his paws tired from all the walking they had done. "Well, she chooses not to talk for one of the three reasons. 1. She doesnt like you or doesnt want to. 2. She doesnt think you can get into an intelligent or deep convorsation. 3. Both reasons".

Luno laughed. "Me? Uninteresting? Wow. What a shocker!" He rolled his eyes, grinding his teeth. He looked over to his left, where he looked Aerix dead in the eye.

He held his gaze for a while, studying her. Then he released his cold stare and looked back at Malick. He shrugged and sat, still grinning at the two wolves.

Aerix gave a hiss before she turned away.

Malick rolled his eyes. "Anyway, what do you want?"

Taliluno shrugged. His eyes rolled and a smirk grew on his face. "Jus' wanted to see what you were doing." He stood back up and swished his long, bushy tail. His eyes focused on Aerix, and he couldn't move his gaze. It's a pity to have someone as amazing as her being silent, and her brother the translator basically.

She moved so she was behind her brother. The constant stares and glances from Luno.

Malick looked at her, he hadnt noticed the stares and such not. "What's wrong?"

Luno blinked and shook his head. He looked back at Malick. "Probably just shy...want to hunt? I'm starving."

Aerix rolled her eyes. Her red eyes glared at Luno, but there was something more in her eyes than anger.

"Uhh. Sure, we have not eaten in awhile".
