Prussia slowly lets the Romanian go and he leaves the room to gather his toys and the rest of his clothes. His mind is busy as he thinks about what he just did and to tell the truth he did not mind it. After all he did hang out with France and Spain. That said more than words could tell. Yawning he yells to Romania. "I'll see you there! Have to stop a West's!" With that he exits the house, smirking the whole time swag on again.

Spain sighed, tapping an index finger on the pale wooden table. The World Meeting had been delayed because two nations hadn't arrived yet; Prussia and Romania. The dark haired Spaniard groaned loudly, recieving an annoyed hush by Romano, who was sat beside him. "Alemania, lo que está haciendo tu hermano es tan tarde como esta?" complained the green-eyed nation.


Translation.
Alemania, lo que está haciendo tu hermano es tan tarde como esta?
Germany, what is your brother doing being so late like this?

My cooking...is not that BAD!

The British nation known as England sips his tea and frowns as they wait for the last two nations to arrive. He sends a glare at Germany and mostly blames him for not keeping his crazy older brother in check. "You know Spain is right. Whatever he did say. Prussia and Romania should be here about now." His bright green eyes narrow in suspicion.

I am Germany....pleasure...

Germany sighs and he looks at England then away. It was not his fault that he could not keep his older brother around him all the time. He frowns and waits silently not wanting to comment on anything at the moment.

Romania, after painfully pulling on his white dress shirt, tight black pants, boots and red jacket, headed for the front door. Picking up his signature hat on the way out, the blonde nation smiled and headed for the World Meeting, dark red eyes narrowing slightly.

Turning to smile slightly at England for agreeing to his comment- even though it was in Spanish and he couldn't understand a word of it-, Spain blinked with olive green eyes. Turning back to face Germany, the dark-haired Spaniard continued to tap impatiantly on the wooden table. "Seriously..." he muttered.

After a few more moments Prussia finally busts up into the meeting room smirking like he always does. He had went home to change his clothes before he came to the meeting. Now he wore a dark green hoodie and a black shirt with white pants. And of course he had the iron cross around his neck. He takes his time coming around the table and sitting down beside Germany propping his feet on the table.

The English nation frowns as he glares at Prussia for his late entry. "About time. Do you know how late you are? Now we have to wait for Romania to get here and then we can start." He taps his fingers against his tea cup impatient as always.

I am Germany....pleasure...

The blonde German looks at Prussia as he sits down beside him and shakes his head. "Why are you later Gilbert?" He wanted a straight forward answer as he looks at him but he knew he would not get it. The Prussian looks at West and smirks again. "Just handling some business bruder."

After a few minutes, the blonde nation walked down the white corridor, looking for the World Meeting room. Dark red eyes spotted the door, and a smile crossed his pale pink lips. Romania knocked twice, then opened the door. Seeing the other nations sitting at the table- including Prussia- Romania bowed his head. "Sorry I'm late. I had to take care of some business."

Spain lifted his dark-haired head as Prussia loudly strolled in, a wide grin on his pale face. "Prussia! Where have you been?" questioned the Spaniard, annoyance lacing his forign accent.

The blonde haired nation, known as Switzerland, frowned directly at Prussia from across the table as he strolled in. Next to him, Japan shyly sugested that Prussia was only a little late, but the annoyed Switzerland snapped back with, "Man up or i'll beat you with my Peace Prize!"

Prussia smirks at Spain and he narrows his eyes as he watches Romania comes into the room. "I had to go get my things! You all should check out my blog and the awesome story I just posted!" He leans back in his chair and looks up at the ceiling.

England frowns as he hears this and shakes his head, blonde locks getting tossed every which way. "We do not have time for this. Let us get on with what we came here to do." He had already finished his tea and was getting annoyed.

Germany frowns and he stands up to speak. "Alright to begin with I really have nothing bad to report other than the fact that my country is running smoothly as always." He sits back down and sighs looking at Prussia.

Romania felt his cheeks reden when Prussia spoke about his new awesome story he just posted. Could it be when we?... Taking his seat inbetween Bulgaria and Turkey, the blonde nation turned to hear the others speak about the problems or news about their countries. Although, Romania's dark red eyes where locked on someone else- Prussia.

After Germany had spoken Spain stood up and smiled brightly, "Si~ Its been asombroso in my country! The weather is hot and there are lots of fresh tomatos growing~" After he had spoken, the dark-haired Spaniard sat back down, smiling to Romano across the table- who gave him a scowl in return.

Switzerland didn't really have anything to say at these meetings- because of his neutrality. Instead, the blonde haired nation leaned back in his chair, pondering on wether-or-not to try and shoot N. Italy if he ever comes into his country again.

Prussia suddenly stands up and he grins putting a hand on Germany's head. "I would also like to say that West here has bought me a motorcycle and I can give fast hard rides to anyone! Keseseses!"

Arhtur's face turns red and he stands up. "Shut up! Gilbert you do not have the right to talk! You are not even a nation so be quiet!" He frowns and looks around the room. "Now my nation is doing fine and we have opened trade with China again. Also America is helping with some of our riot issues." He glares at the American on his left not wanting to seem weak.

Ludwig frowns at his brother's out burst but he remains quiet so that he can hear what the Englishman had to say but when he insults his brother he stands and glares at England, slamming a hand on the table. "He has a right to talk because he is a part of my nation!"

Grinning at Prussia's comment about his motorcycle, Romania whispered so only the albino could here him, "You can give me rides any time~" Dark red eyes glanced to a very angry looking Germany for a moment, then back to Prussia.

Spain turned to Germany, slightly startled when the angry nation banged his fist on the wooden table. Sighing lightly, the dark-haired nation turned back to Romano, and began to chat with the foul-mouthed Italian.

The blonde Switzerland sighed, pulling one hand up to rub the temples of his head. "Really? I thought Germany was the one who could run a meeting..." he muttered, eyebrows furrowing with annoyance.

Prussia smirks at Romania's whispered words and he sends a wink his way before he sits back down in his chair. He folds his arms over his chest looking at the Englishmen and grips Germany's sleeve pulling him back down in his seat. "It's okay West. I'm use to nations not being able to handle my awesomeness."

England glares at Prussia and sits down becoming silent as he tries to calm himself. "There is nothing awesome about you. You twat!"

Germany feeling the tug of his brother slowly sits down but not before he notices the wink he sends to Romania. He sends the shorter nation a confused and questioning look.

A smile crossed the blonde nations pale pink lips at Prussia's wink. Turning his dark red gaze to Germany, who was giving him a confused look, made Romania blush slightly. Blinking, the blonde turned his gaze back to Prussia, the smile returning to his pale face.

Switzerland frowned, getting a headache from everyone arguing and shouting at eachother. "England, please, be quiet." mumbled the Swiss.
