Gulliver accepted the treat gratefully and popped it into his mouth, "This is great! Where did you learn to make these?"

"My mother passed it down to me before she passed away." she replied, gingerly grabbing another square, for she had already devoured the first.

"Sorry to hear that," he said quietly, chewing over his square thoughtfully.

[~Rosie~]

{ Hmmm, what do you think is a good way to get them talking about their feelings towards one another? }

She studied him, trying to find anything that hinted that he felt that way towards her, too. Luckily, he seemed too intent on his square to notice.

Gulliver finished eating and sat down, sighing as he looked out at the lake, "You know, I've never had a lot of friends. I always felt like I had to keep moving, never get to close to anyone." He looked at Silver Soul now, his green eyes turning emerald in the early light, "I think I found what I was looking for."

"Yes. Ever since my parents passed away, I never really associated with others. I was kind of..shut out, too upset. I found this place and settled in, knowing that no one knew of my past. I was able to start fresh, but that didn't seem to work either. Until I met you." she added, now holding his gaze.

"Then we're both hermits," he joked, but grew quiet again, "Maybe we could be friends... or something more?" he added, placing his hand on hers.

She looked at her paw, which was now rested below his. Her gaze flickered back to Gulliver. "Gulliver, I feel like I've known you forever. I-I...I think I'm in love with you..." she replied, staring into his emerald green eyes.

"And me with you," he leaned in to give Silver Soul a peck on the cheek.

She was joyous. She smiled and returned his kiss. "Thanks, for everything."

Sparkle sighed looking for some honey.

"Thank you too, for making me stay," he smiled contently, "What happens next?"

"I-I haven't thought about that." she replied, laughing slightly, for she couldn't be happier.

Sparkle found the honey but as soon as she touched the honey an ursaring grabbed her by her head and slammed her down over and over. Sparkle screech while helpless being slammed tossed and thrown.

Silver's eyes widened. "Did you hear that? I think it's Sparkle!" she got up abruptly and rushed out, diving into the water.
