Samantha sighed, turning off the tv. Her eyes were beginning to glow a deep amber. She hadn't wanted to have to bite Brandon so early, but she was going to have to. She walked up the staircase and headed towards Brandon's room.

He slept soundly, only moving when he slightly heard Samantha.

Samantha entered Brandon's room, sighing when she saw he was sleeping. She walked over to him, shaking Brandon gently.

He woke up and opened his eyes sleepily. He kept them from looking at her.
"Yes?" He asked.

"Sorry to wake you," Samantha began. "But you're going to have to be awake for this." her eyes were glowing a deep amber.

He got suddenly frightened. He pulled his jacket sleeve down, hiding the marks from the vampires before her.
"J-Just...Make it quick."

Samantha nodded, quickly sinking her fangs into his neck. She tried to make it as quick and painless as possible. She pulled away after a little bit, looking at Brandon, a flash of worry in her eyes.

He winced slightly, but then looked okay.
"Well, that's the first one that's NOT on my arm." He looked away from her. He hadn't looked at her once.

Samantha nodded. She let out a small sigh of relief, seeing that Brandon seemed okay. Her eyes were slowly turning back to their natural icy blue color.

He smiled slightly and laid back down, yawning.

"I'll leave you to rest," Samantha said, walking out of the room, closing the door but not locking it.

He fell asleep again.

Samantha walked back down the staircase, sitting down where she'd been before, turning the tv on again.

He woke up after awhile and stayed in his bed.

Samantha, who'd barely ever gotten sleep, was asleep on the couch, the tv still on.
