Okay, so I have recently made a family in the Elite by the name of Callidus. I have two questions regarding this family ^^

First is, how many members must a family have to become official?

And second, this family's traits are a complex and hard to master art, if I made a complete guide to their traits oh my god that would take forever..., could it possibly be moved to the library?

The Library are for guides the entire site would use, so I'm afraid somehting for a specific family couldn't be put in there.
