Ripplekit stared for a few moments... and, slowly, a huge grin formed on her face. "Wow! Neither am I! Mom brought us into the Clan but neither of us were born in it...", she giggled. "And I thought I was the only one... but I don't think I was a kittypet. I don't know what I was."

"Ripplekit! Surely you've finished by now?"

The energetic kit let out a sigh. "Ok, ok! I'm coming, Mom!", she called. Before she left, Ripplekit turned back to Strudelkit. "I'll be at the nursery if you wanna talk or something." She giggled as she ran to it. "Lucky... you're allowed to stay out here!", Ripplekit yelled back to her friend.
