'W-where am I?' Ket thought to herself, looking around. Three steel walls enclosed her, with a large chain link door in front, like a gate but with no space overtop and padlocked from the outside. She could hear a few voices, but couldn't see very well. The young girl felt something behind her, and looked over her shoulder to see an eevee tail right behind her. 'Oh, arceus,' she thought, giving the tail a tug and almost crying out because she could feel the small pull. Ket felt the spots where her ears would be and felt only bare skin, with eevee ears just above that spot, sticking up through her hair. 'I'm... half eevee...' she thought, trying to process the info that was going through her head when a blinding light flashed on, causing her to squint.
