Shade looked at the Mist Dragon, Amadahy, his gaze dropped down to the ground, acting rather childish, but he was hardly talked too over the years,

" Thanks.... "

He said, not knowing what else to say, Shade looked up, taking a small breath, dark blue eyes glinting in the dull, cloudy sunlight.

Amadahy looked at Shade. She blinked quietly. "Well.." she murmured, unsure of what was meant to happen next. "Well. Erm." Now she was just feeling awkward. "Do you know anything about this competition thing? How all the dragons are acting all competitive and stuff?"

Shade thought about it a little bit, he had noticed it all, but did not know about it. He simply shook his thorny head softly.

" No. "

Shade almost wanted to escape from being out in the open, it felt so... Open.

" Relax.. No one is going to rip your throat out or surprise attack you... "

Puzzled at Shade's unrelaxed manner. "Don't worry," she said. "I go here all the time. There's nothing to worry about." She blinked in confusion, shuffling her wings and then spreading them and folding them in a different position.

Shade looked up at Amadahy, wondering.

" ... Sorry, I don't trust just about any Dragon today.. "

He opened up slightly, watching as she unfolded her wings all the way and readjusted them. He was a loner just about all his life.

" If you know the lands, some shelter would be nice from the oncoming storm. "

Shade said politely, feeling braver.

"Well," Amadahy did know the land very well. Well, the ground island land well. "If you mean the floating islands, then that is a problem. But if you mean the ground islands, then there are a few unused and dry caves and hollows." She said.

Shade looked at Amadahy hopefully,

" Something close, "

He said, slightly worried, getting wet was not something he enjoyed doing, at all.

As he answered her question, Amadahy frowned. Then her eyes lit up. "I know the place." She told him quietly, turning and walking further onto the island. "It's a cave." She said, looking back at him. She turned to the path ahead, her eyes slightly clouded. "Dry, and no one has claimed for themselves." She smiled. "It would be quicker to fly."

She began to walk backwards, her eyes glued to the forest. Then she turned around and walked to the rock. She knew Shade could take off the ground without a run up; or so she was guessing. But unlike him, she had the inability to do that because of the water dragon blood than ran through her veins. And, unfortunately she had inherited that from her mother. But Amadahy didn't mind. Much. At least she had strong legs. From her father, she had probably just got stubbornness.

Set the night on fire.--
An adrenaline rush filled Scorch's veins as he plummeted from the rock above, reaching unussually high speeds for a Fire Dragon. As if this wasn't enough thrill, he folded his wings to his sides, causing him to downturn in a nice nose dive. When Scorch had finally reached the bottom of the cliff, a large lake on the Air dragon's island, his wings shot open in perfect timing. His wing-tips barely brushed the surface of the water. Soft laughs of pleasure emitted from the handsome dragon. He swooped from the lake and perched at the top of a tree. Scorch's head lifted and his eyes shone a look of dismay. A storm was coming and it wasn't hard to tell from the the approaching black storm clouds. This was sure to be quite the downpour. But Scorch had only just travelled here, and hadn't yet found shelter. Not to mention, Fire dragons despise of water and rain. Scorch had found lately that the only sort of luck he seemed to have was bad luck. Settling his wings neatly to his sides, he began to walk through the forest. His eyes glowed with satisfaction when he spotted a cave in the distance and half ran-half glided inside.

Shade watched as she walked atop a jutting rock, easy spot to jump off of, but simply nodded to her chat, it's always quicker to fly.

Rearing back onto his tail bone, Shade unfurled his large stunning black wings, they shot straight up as he looked into the sky. Bunching his muscles, Shade jumped off of his back legs, pumping down his wings at the same time and shot into the air more than twenty feet  before he started to beat his wings up and down. Once in the air, he dropped a bit, gaining speed before flaring his large wings and easily glided around the spot on the beach, waiting for Amadahy to take off.

OOC || Low muse. I spilt water on my computer and am now stuck with an iPad. I might make lots of mistakes because this has autocorrect.

IC || Amadahy stepped back, then did a run up n the rock. She jumped with eas to the ledges, still keeping her same speed. Then she lifted her wings and took off. "This way," she panted.

Shade nodded, swooping over Amadahy, easily keeping up just by gliding, he watched her pant from above, but also looked over to where they were headed.

OOC || You've had water spilled on your computer? I have to use a different device because I can now only type in a different language xD.

IC || Amadahy took in great gulps of air, and her breething smoothed until she was breathing normally, gliding through the sky towards the deserted cave she knew of, suddenly doing a large bend and swooping down towards the ground. A medium sized cave stood before her/them. Stalactite hung from the roof in the form of iciles, creating mazes through the cave. She stepped back. "This is it." She murmured. "If you want to stay here, its all yours."

Shade veered to the left with Amadahy and back winged quickly to a halt in front of the cave, debris blowing from the wind he stirred up. He looked at the cave thoughtfully. seeing as it went very far in excited him. He looked up at the sky, feeling something splat on his nose, and quickly went inside in a trot, his long black talons made scraping noises as he trotted in, looking around.

" It looks nice! "

Amadayh watched Shade enter the ave. 'I have heard it is nice.' She answered him when he told her it was nice. She smiled at him, then began t walk away. She decided t wrk n taking f the ground without having a run up. She didn't mind the rain, f course. She just hoped he gt shelter and didn't find any leaks in the rf, along with NoT breaking the stalactite that had came together very a long period f time. [there are lts f wrds that need o's]
