So, Maplesky is mates with a kittypet. Every night at moonhigh, he sneaks out and visits his Queen. They are expecting kits! Yay!

It was moonhigh. Maplesky snuck out of the Warrior's Den and dashed out of the DarkClan camp. He ran as fast as he could to get to his mate. Finally, he reached her neighborhood. Maplesky jumped the fence to his Queen's house and crept in the cat door. "_______, are you here?"  he whispered.

"I'm here." Moonshine softly whispered back. She was glad Maplesky came to see her every night. She was expecting kits, which made her happy. She loved kits. They were so sweet and cute!

Maplesky smiled and padded up to Moonshine. He nuzzled her, and looked at her growing stomach. "How are they?" he asked.

"Just fine." She assured to Maplesky, smiling and nuzzling him back. She was really excited that the kits would be arriving soon.

TIMELAPSE!

Maplesky looked at the sky. It was getting lighter. "I should get going." he meowed. He stood up and licked Moonshine's muzzle.

Moonshine nodded, smiling after Maplesky licked her muzzle. "I'll see you soon." She meowed back.

Maplesky turned and gazed into Moonshine's eyes one last time before he darted out the cat door. Once back at the camp, he raced into the Warrior's Den and curled up on his nest.

It was soon moonhigh. Maplesky raced through the woods.

Moonshine awoke near moonhigh, waiting for Maplesky to return. She felt a few kicks in her stomach from time to time, smiling, knowing it was her kits.

Maplesky raced in the cat door. "Moonshine?" he called.

"Over here." She called back, feeling 4 kicks in her stomach. She smiled excitedly.

Maplesky smiled and padded over to his mate. He nuzzled her and her stomach. "How are you?" Maplesky asked.

"I feel great. A few kicks from time to time." She informed cheerfully. She grinned at Maplesky.

She leaned her head against his soft fur and closed her eyes. She felt safe around him.
