Stronger than yesterday [Clan Meeting!]

"Dawnvision, remember what Skyvision said, Medicine Cats aren't meant to be leaders." Carpediem mewed, before simply nodding at Polarbear. "Its fine Carpenocturne, I trained you the best I could, don't let me down." The tom then puffed out his chest. "I will follow the Starclanners who guide me to my future, while some may not believe in Starclan, or its meaning, I do. They have a prupose for everyone of us, I only hope none of you are angry for doing as they say." He mewed, "I will leave shortly, once everyone is ready."

Carpediem then padded over to Endlesspossibilities. "Starclan is always with me, friend. For I see them, I contact them, I feel them. Thank you for your blessing, never loose faith in our ansestors, even if times get rough, even if skies get dark, even if faith dwindles from this place I once called home, know that Starclan is always on your side. They would never abandon a true warrior." He said dipping his head to her, "They would never punish a Warrior for fufilling their destiny, even while the mortal world may, stay true to yourself, and your heart."

"Seize every possibility you can, chances are what makes us who we are, without taking a chance you cannot learn, you cannot gain experience." The tom then smiled up at the shecat. "I wish you well, every single one of you."

B L I N K I N G in disbelief, Radiantshadows turned around to shoot a confused look toward Carpediem. In truth, he didn't understand a word the cat said. "I'm sawwy," he began in a calm tone, "but I can't believe t'at. Sta'Clan would never tell one to go against t'eir home."

A warm sensation instantly spread throughout her entire body and a smile frayed her dark-chocolate maw. "Thank you...Thank you so much. Your words shall be my faith when I am engulfed in darkness, good luck, if anybody deserves it, it is you," she meowed, her voice full of thanks and happiness. She let her gaze wander to Carpediem's mate, her gaze warmed as she nodded towards the outsider, hopefully passing a 'good-luck' note to her as well.

Carpenocturne nodded her head, tears brimming at the corner of her eyes as she fled towards Radiantshadows, she wanted everyone to go back to being happy and for nothing to change, but it seemed inevitable now. She listened to Radiantshadow's words, and pride swelled in her heart for the tom cat. His words were true, no matter his speech impediment.

Frowning now, Iriomotekit ran up to her older sibling and rubbed her head against his foreleg. She didn't know him well, but she still loved him. He was family. "Stay safe," she whispered quietly, praying to Starclan that he would. No, she couldn't leave Riverclan--it was her home and always would be.

A message from Skyvision. But not to her, or even in support of her. She felt like someone had just dealt her a heavy blow. She... I... She would have time to be shocked and upset later, alone, in whatever privacy the territory would allow her. But for now... I hope she's still here to hear what I have to say.

"Well I guess I'll just have to change that, now won't I?" she spoke coldly to Carpediem. "I'm sure I'll be a better leader than you would have been." Dawnvision didn't even know Carpediem, but when the cat she'd viewed as a mother decided to take the latter's side rather than hers, well, she viewed that as a good enough reason to dislike her.

With that said, the new deputy stalked off. She wasn't going to deal with this bullshit.

"Skyvision, tell the medicine cats, or Bearstar herself to have a dream. Ask for Skyvision." Carpediem mewed, "Past medicine cat our this clan. Starclan wishes the best for each individual, they tell that cat to do what is best for them, they care about their believers, their followers as single, important cats, not lumped together." He mewed to Radiantshadows.  "I will Iriomotekit." He mewed with a smile, at least some cats still loved him. "Thank you Endlesspossabilities."

"You do that Dawnvision, in the end we all end up joining Starclan and petty rivalries in this life mean nothing, I wish you luck as deputy, congratulations." Carpediem said with a smile, "Please, I know ou left Riverclan once, just please don't leave them again, You're a good cat. You'll make a good leader one day, hopefully not soon, I don't wish death upon my mother. But eventually."

[Heartfang.]

And that was when he appeared.

Coming into sight before his daughter and Carpediem, the former leader raised a paw as a gesture of silence from his grand-daughter. It hadn't been long since his death, and since then, he had been watching over his family very closely - especially Bearstar. He had to admit that this situation.. disappointed him to a great extent.

"Wait, Carpe," the brown tabby ordered in his rough voice. "Before you leave, I want you to think about this. No decision should be made while one is in distress or angered, otherwise it isn't themselves making the decision, but their emotions. Skyvision didn't tell you to leave, from what I have heard, and I am pretty sure StarClan didn't tell you to leave your home.

This is your mother, RiverClan is your family. Are you sure you want to go against them for one simple grudge that can be let go?" Cougareyes took one step closer to his grand-daughter, his yellow eyes pleading and knowing. "You should know what happens when somebody holds a grudge. Many of them were held against me and your mother, and look how that turned out. I don't think you should make the same mistake."

Can't do nothin' about it? Hawk roared. We'll see you say that when I slash your eyes out and eat your tongue for dinner!

"Stop it," Akinna whispered, "Just let it go." She looked up at Carpediem, whom she had not yet informed about the other two cats that resided in her head. If she wants to be queen bitch and be impartial to other's opinions, fine. Let her. This isn't the first clan I've entered, and it won't be the last.

[Trickerytreat]

"I don't think I'll be going," Trickerytreat said flatly, his ears even flatter. He found this whole dispute stupid. Riverclan was his home, how could he leave it because his new found {and slightly annoying} friend wanted to on a whim?

[Griffintails]

"But you must!" Griffintails begged. "I don't want to go alone, please come! Look at how corrupt Riverclan has become. A leader that doesn't even value the words of her warriors? And with all these high positions, what's left for the warriors? We're nothing anymore." He lashed his two tails. "I'll go without you if I can, but I'd rather you came with me." Besides, he added silently, what's left for you here?

[Flora Fauna.]

Sunflash let out as a gasp of surprise as Cougareyes appeared in the RiverClan camp. The tortie had never met the former leader of RiverClan, but heard tales about him from the elders as a kit.

Oakmask rolled her eyes, she was sick of all this d*** complaining. "Give up your s*** and go." The warrior sighed, intending for those who were leaving to hear. "If you really give a d*** then you'd go and let those who think your suicide mission. And quit insinuating that the rest of us who don't dare follow you and your little gang of misfits are against StarClan." She snapped. The white cat just wanted them to leave. They were being a bother, and she didn't feel like she would care much longer to hold her temper.

ooc - Cougareyes can only be seen by Carpediem and whoever wishes to buy the SEE A SINGLE SPIRIT from the store.

"Not saying you don't follow Starclan." The tom said calmly. "Grandfather." He mewed dipping his head. "Cougareyes I hold no grudge, mother did what she wished for the clan and I can't change that. Many cats have fought for this clan, and I wish Dawnvision luck as deputy. I am not angry, as you can tell I am calmer then most warriors." He said with a smile, "Skyvision told me to choose my own path, my path being my destiny. Perhaps if we need clarification grandfather I could summon Skyvision back?" He mewed with a smile, "And might I say you look quite dapper, it is good to see you again."

Trickerytreat sighed. Rising to his paws he stalked over to Griffintails. "Very well. I'll join you in your facade. Not because I agree with you. Honestly, I couldn't care less about this whole thing. You're the only friend I have, and thus my closest. I have to make sure you don't get yourself killed."
