Example nodded. He knew how that felt. In his time, he had...well, let's just say he hadn't always made friends where he went. "Well, do you want friends?" He asked abruptly, looking at her with a questioning stare.

Yawning, the cougar arched her shoulders in a shrug. "Dunno, maybe. I've done pretty good alone." the albino replied, whiskers twitching in amusement.

"Well, can I be your friend?" The cougar asked, looking at her with a cheeky glint in his eyes.  Widening his eyes like a kit, he put on a mock pleading tone, saying, "Come on, pleeeaaasee?"

Amnesia chuckled, blinking her eyes. "Sure." the blue eyed albino replied, shrugging. "Can we find a place to sleep? I'm kinda' tired." Amnesia inquired a few seconds later, tilting her head.

"Hooray!" Example cheered, whiskers twitching humorously. Returning to his normal self, he replied to her question, "Sure! Let's go find somewhere. Follow me." He turned and began to pad down the hall, gesturing with his tail for her to follow.

Nodding her head, the albino cougar stood up slowly and began to trail behind Example, maw parting every few steps to let out a loud yawn. She really was exhausted, she had a busy day, so wouldn't you be tired too?

Hearing Amnesia's yawns every few steps, Example hurried in his search to find a sleeping place. It wasn't long before he found a small, empty room, that was fairly warm considering it was in the castle. "In here" He mewed, pushing open the door and standing to one side so she could walk in.

Yawning, the cougar slowly moved into the room, tail twitching as she gazed around. She didn't say much, she was too tired.

Example followed her in, sitting down on one side. For a moment, he was silent, just enjoying the slight warmth of the room. Then he spoke, "Thanks, Amnesia," Pausing, he glanced at her, then added, "Thanks for being my friend."

Amnesia had crawled onto a tiny bed that was in the room, a huff escaping her maw. "No problem." the albino cougar yawned, ears twitching as she closed her eyes, a steady purr rolling from her throat.

Example twitched his whiskers happily and sat back, eyes watching Amnesia's still form. Within a few moments, however, his eyes had drooped and he began to doze, enjoying the peace and quiet for once.

When Example awoke again, it was morning. He was lying on his side, the cold floor making his shoulder ache a little. Getting up, he stretched, looking around. His eyes fell on Amnesia, and he quietly mewed, "Hey, Amnesia. It's morning."

Amnesia grunted and rolled onto her side, raising a foreleg to cover her eyes. Obviously she wasn't a morning cougar.

Example chuckled. "Don't like mornings, do you?" Pausing, a thoughtful look passed over his face. "Well, what if I tackled you? Would you get up then?" He said in a childish tone, eyes shining playfully.
