Arielpomenrade padded forward her head down, "Father?" She asked.

Phoenixstar looked up as his daughter entered. "Yes?" he meowed. He was smiling at her, and now that her kits were back he was much more at ease.

"They did it again father, Bearstars own son r**** me this time...I know his name I know what he looks like, father I can't do this anymore!" Ariel said looking down, she was braver now..but it still shook her up

[Captain Kirk]

A seething fury boiled up inside Phoenixstar. His previously calm composure changed to a deadly fury. He stood up with a paw lifted Ariel's head so she would look him in the eye. "I'm so sorry. This will not happen again. I will personally kill the rat that did this. What is his name," he asked. His voice was calm but under it was a raging fury. Alliance or not with Riverclan he wouldn't let this pass.

"I don't know how to stop this Father, I tried to fight him off..but..I wasn't strong enough." She mewed looking at her shoulder which was badly wounded. "He is a brown tabby, his name is Stutterstep, he introduced himself before...doing...that."

[Captain Kirk]

"If he's dead he can't do it again," Phoenixstar growled. He flexed his claws letting them leave prints in the soft dirt. "That and I can assign a warrior to guard you at all times when you are out of camp."

"A guard? Father..I shouldn't get special treatment.." Ariel mewed blinking looking down.

Phoenixstar shook his head. "I won't have it any other way. I won't let that happen ever again and this is the only way I know how," he said. "And if it happened to any other warrior I would do the same thing." It wasn't special treatment it was a necessity and he'd do it for any warrior. He wouldn't have his clan abused like that. Though there was the tie of family in this case which heightened his anger that it had happened.

"Yes father, can it be a she-cat, please?" She asked looking up at him blinking her green eyes.

Phoenixstar wondered why his daughter wanted it to be a she-cat specifically. Though after what she went though he could understand if she didn't want to be around toms any more. "Certainly," he said. "Is there anyone specific you'd like to guard you?"

"I-I don't know father.." She then thoguht about it. "Uhm..Blackjack, she would be good at guarding." The she-cat mewed.

Phoenixstar nodded. "Blackjack will be your guard then," he said. He reached out with his mind and found the warrior. "Blackjack, come to my den," he ordered through the telepathic link.

Blackjack blinked at the order as she worked on a piece of fresh-kill. Was she in trouble? Turning her attention away from her current activity, the she-cat headed quickly into Pheonixstar's den with a trot. A curious expression couldn't help but write itself on her features as she took notice of Ariel. "I'm here." She mewed, feeling a bit awkward.

Phoenixstar nodded in thanks for Blackjack coming so promptly. "I need you to guard Ariel. Your only duty is to guard her, you need not go on patrols or hunt. Ariel paw needs someone to defend her against well disguising toms," he said.

Arielpromenade looked down, a guard. Perhaps she could get to know her fellow clanmate better, a friend would always be nice. "Hi." She mewed looking up at her new guard.
