Rules
 1.cant have 2 people in the same district of your creation
 2.can't have more than 2 people
 3.if you die you can play as a capitol person sor someone watching from the districts(and u can sponcer ifyou die every dead person gets 1,000 sponcer points.. 200 for bread 300 for apples 500 for water bottle and 1,000 for a sword or throwing knife pack of 20. You can also make one of your charters a sponcer)
 4: if u read the rules put <( ^_^ )> in simbol
