How do you view other people's bookmarks?

Yes, I take a weird interest in people. XD
Often I like to look at member's profile and look at all of their threads.. posts.. badges, etc. That kind of stuff fascinates me.

Anywho, onto the question. When I make a folder there's always an option like 'Private' or 'Public', or something such as 'Clanmates'.
So, how can you view their bookmarks?

As far as I know you can't. Most people don't want others viewing their Bookmark's and I personally not want someone looking at mine :3

@Country; I'm sure Spotty's talking about the bookmark folders you choose to make public. Of course we're not talking about looking at other member's personal stuff, only what they want other to see.

I'm pretty sure your not allowed to view other people's bookmarks.  Some people don't want other random people to look in their bookmarks.  I personally don't want someone to look in my bookmarks .  Even though for the bookmark folders

it wouldn't make much since then to have the option to make bookmarks private or public, but if we can share bookmarks we could add some neat stuff to show others (;
